Below is a eLearning Course I created using Rise360.

Challenge: The program director reported frustration with new employee job performance after onboarding training and the onboarding training assessment success. Only 30% of new staff were able to successfully complete the onboarding assessment and a large majority were unable to put what they learned into practice. 

Solution:  I created a Rise360 course with engaging modules to help improve understanding and created an assessment that better evaluated job comprehension.

Results: 80% of new staff passed the onboarding assessment on the first attempt and the program director, along with other staff, report improved staff performance in the various fields covered in the training.
